Personal Training for Future Leaders is where my heart and soul come together. I have shaped, tested, and refined this training approach over many years to ensure it truly delivers results.
This concept is rooted in my passion for CrossFit and Hyrox, and in my own experiences with personal trainers who, in recent years, pushed me forward and made me stronger. I don’t know crises, setbacks, or new beginnings from books - I’ve lived them as an entrepreneur, athlete, and single mother.
That’s why I combine clarity and mental strength with genuine empathy, helping people and organizations reach where they want to go - forward. I am deeply convinced that every disruption can become a new beginning.

Change
We accompanied the international launch of a new HR IT system with fully tailored strategies, audience-specific communication, and practical, hands-on workshops. The first go-live ran smoothly, securing strong acceptance across the global organization. Employees quickly adapted to the new digital processes and are actively driving the next stages of change, demonstrating that well-supported transformation leads to measurable results. 2024 - Pharma, Munich Area During a Europe-wide transformation, we took the lead in change management by providing targeted training, structured communication, and live moderation. Leaders and teams were empowered to actively co-create the transformation, which significantly increased engagement, readiness, and the overall success of the change initiative. 2023–2024 - Retail, DACH region
Leadership
We designed and implemented a leadership program for over 100 managers in Russia, focusing on communication, customer experience, and conflict resolution. A major highlight was the conception of a conference with over 700 participants, aimed at securing employee commitment to the new strategy. Today, leaders act with greater confidence and actively contribute to strengthening the customer experience. 2015–2018 - Retail, Russia We supported top-level stakeholders in implementing digital projects through a communication approach that emphasized transparency, dialogue, and clarity. Leaders were able to convey complex topics effectively, anchoring change processes more deeply across the organization. 2019 - Automotive, Wolfsburg
Training
We developed customized training programs and strategies for professional communication and leadership in an international high-tech environment. Leaders and teams now operate with greater clarity, focus, and impact - both internally and externally. This not only strengthened the organization’s positioning with investors but also enhanced collaboration between Germany and China. 2021 - Hightech, Ludwigshafen We designed and led an intensive training program on conflict resolution for international auditors, featuring realistic case studies and on-the-job coaching in Sweden. Participants gained practical tools for confidently managing conflicts in intercultural, often high-pressure audit situations. This boosted professionalism and resilience in daily operations. 2017 - Retail, Sweden
Communication
We conceptualized and executed a company-wide communication and employer branding campaign designed to make the digital transformation both visible and tangible for employees. The initiative strengthened the employer brand and measurably increased internal engagement, while simultaneously supporting the rollout of new processes. By combining strategic messaging with interactive formats, we ensured that employees not only understood the changes but experienced them firsthand - turning transformation into a shared, motivating journey across the organization. 2023 - Automotive, Worms We led the development of the brand, tone of voice, and digital presence for a deep-tech company, including implementing marketing automation and managing international teams. Through strategically structured communication, the company’s market presence was significantly strengthened, visibility with investors increased, and lead generation became more efficient. By integrating clear messaging with hands-on execution and cross-border coordination, we ensured that the brand resonated consistently both internally and externally, creating measurable impact on engagement, awareness, and business growth. 2021 - High-Tech, China/Ludwigshafen
